Okay, so what did Tito experience when he went through this common learning?
- He identified a problem (& saw it as his problem, not a problem with the drivers around him). He wanted to solve the problem or change his actions. Tito felt the effort would be valuable. It was worthwhile to try to solve it.
- He invested time & concentrated on understanding the problem and finding a solution. Tito applied his thoughts to it.
- He made mistakes (probably became frustrated), but his desire allowed him to focus & practice. Tito reflected & acted toward the solution. He didn't give up until he found a solution or found out that a solution did not exist.
- He made the successful change a permanent part of his life & shared his discoveries. Tito's behavior changed for the better (he didn't just complain). He communicated the solution to others.
