SHARK BITES

[ruler in cm]....taken in South Africa about 1984-85** ish..ID'ed as a great white bite by the Natal Shark's Board, I repaired it and the rider wasn't hurt.. (Ted Klenk)

Hey, a little research can find lots of information---according to the shark attack graph, this board was hit on **Sept. 30, 1982!  I guess that teaches me to document the date on everything!

Also, below is the lead-up to this attack--I just converted a PAL video to NTSC (took 19 years) so finally got to see (and show my class) the great white caught after an attack on a paddleski on 7/24/82...(bringing on worries because of a fatal attack on 6/29/82 up the coast.
