When you first open this course, only the Orientation will be visible on the Course Content (Home Page). Complete this module and pass the quiz to open more of the course.
After passing the Orientation Quiz



The course opens to display your learning modules after you pass the Orientation Quiz. Please takes the quiz as many times as needed. This provides the necessary feedback to let me know that you understand what is included in this course, and how to use the WebCT tools to accomplish this.

 
Check announcements frequently. New announcements should show in a pop-up message when they are opened for the first time. After that, you click on the Announcements tool shown at left.


The Assessments tool will contain the quizzes and exams for this course. There will be a Midterm and a Final Exam that must be taken at a Valencia, or other college, Testing Center. All other quizzes can be taken online. The Chapter Quizzes are provided as a study-aid for your Midterm and Final. The quizzes do not count on your grade, but do provide excellent preparation for the Exams.
