BRING YOUR RECEIPT FOR YOUR PHARM KIT TO LAB!!!!!!

You MUST bring your equipment to lab, including gloves.  If you don't have it, you will be asked to leave and return for a later lab when you have your equipment! If you have Hemostats you should bring them, otherwise you must share!

LAB ABSENCE

POLICY:

1.    Student is to advise the instructor as soon as possible.

2.    Student must arrange to see the video on his or her own time.

3.    Lab critical thinking questions and/or objectives are to be written out  by the student.

4.    Turn the assignment in to the students lab instructor.

LAB TARDINESS

POLICY:

1.    Lab staff is to retrieve the sign in sheet within 5 minutes of the beginning of class.

2.    Students arriving late must request the sign-in sheet and sign in or follow the lab absence policy.

LAB ASSIGNMENTS

POLICY

1.    Papers must be turned in at the beginning of class.

2.    Late papers lose points on this scale:

•  10 becomes 9
•    9 becomes 8
•    8 becomes 0
