You will find that I have organized the site using a the learning outcomes based method.  Each learning outcome is listed with all of the competencies represented in that particular outcome listed underneath it.  Each major area has a hover buttons. 

Example

  You simply click on the hover button to enter the area.

  • When you are done viewing the particular document, just close the window.
