1.  First you need to find out what is the safe range.

the child is 76 lbs so you need to do find out how many mg he will recieve.

mg = 8 mg/kg/day x kg/2.2lbs x76 lbs

low range = 276.36 mg/day 

mg= 20 mg/kg/day x kg/2.2lbs x 76 lbs

high range =  690.91 mg/day

You are to give 150 mg per DOSE, so multiply x 4 which gives you 600 mg per day.   Is this within the range?  YES! It is safe!

2.    mg = 0.2 mg
