certainty of diagnosis:
nSBP >
160 mm Hg or DBP >
110 mm Hg
nProteinuria
> 2.0 g in 24 hours (2+ or 3+
dipstick)
nIncreased
serum creatinine
nPlatelet
count < 100,000 cells/mm3 and/or evidence of microangiopathic
hemolytic anemia with increased LDH
nElevated
ALT or AST
nPersistent
headache or other cerebral or visual disturbances
nPersistent
epigastric pain
