Presentation:
Fetal presentation may be cephalic, breech, or shoulder. Cephalic (head)
occurs 97%. Breech (feet) & shoulder may be difficult – called malpresentations.

Cephalic presentation,
head is completely flexed onto chest; smallest diameter
(suboccipitobregmatic) presents. The occiput is the presenting part.
